St Dalfour – Win $5,000 worth of House of Travel Gift Cards Competition

Promotional Period

  1. The promoter of this promotion is Moi Agencies Limited of Unit C1/63 Apollo Drive, Rosedale, Auckland.
  2. The promotion commences 1st September 2025, 12:01am and closes 28th September 2025, 11:59pm (the “Promotional Period”).
  3. This promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

Method of Entry

  1. Customers can enter the promotion during the Promotional Period by purchasing one (1) or more St Dalfour Fruit Spread 284g products in a single transaction, either in-store or online, from any retail outlet where these products are sold.
  2. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per transaction. The entry date for online purchases is the order purchase date (which must be within the Promotional Period). Entries will not be accepted on a retrospective basis after the time of purchase.
  3. Customers may enter the competition more than once for each additional transaction of St Dalfour Fruit Spread 284g.
  4. Entrants must retain a valid proof of purchase, being a transaction receipt from any retail outlet where the St Dalfour 284g product is purchased.
  5. Entrants must complete all online entry details, and ensure their details remain up to date until the end of the Promotional Period and entry draw date.
  6. Moi Agencies may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Prize

  1. There will be one (1) prize drawn over the Promotional Period. The prize consists of two (2) × NZD $2,500 House of Travel gift cards (total value NZD $5,000) to create your own dream getaway. The gift cards may be used towards: flights, accommodation, tours, cruising, attractions, travel insurance, car hire, concerts, group tours (coach/special interest trips), sporting events, and any taxes involved in such bookings.
  2. Any unused balance on a gift card expires 10 years after the date the gift card is last used. Neither Moi Agencies, St Dalfour nor House of Travel will refund any funds on the gift card that are not redeemed before expiry.
  3. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash or usable to purchase foreign exchange.
  4. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  5. Moi Agencies, St Dalfour and House of Travel are not responsible for gift cards that are lost or stolen and will not refund or replace them.
  6. The gift card balance may be used all at once or across multiple transactions until the balance reaches zero.
  7. If any prize is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value.
  8. All travel is subject to availability and may depend on airline seat class or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner.
  9. All bookings and documentation regarding the gift cards must be made via House of Travel or their agents. All bookings must be made in-store at a House of Travel branch and cannot be redeemed online.
  10. Gift cards are issued by House of Travel and can be used to purchase travel products at any House of Travel outlet in New Zealand.
  11. If you amend your travel bookings and incur change fees, these are determined at the time of change by your consultant and will not be covered by Moi Agencies or St Dalfour. Cancellation fees are at your own expense.
  12. The winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once the booking is confirmed and ticketed.
  13. The winner is responsible for any additional taxes and/or resort fees associated with the chosen accommodation.
  14. Additional transfers beyond those specified and any Ground Operator Handling Fees are not included. Travel insurance is not included. Airline travel, airport transfers, and accommodation are subject to the relevant supplier’s standard terms and conditions, and the Promoter will not be liable for any act or omission of any third party providing those services. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  15. Where no name is indicated on the gift card, it may be redeemed by the cardholder at that time.
  16. Gift cards are not reloadable with additional funds.
  17. House of Travel may, at its sole discretion, place a stop on the use of a gift card if it is reported lost or stolen, or if they believe it may be used contrary to these terms or any applicable laws/regulations.

Winner

  1. One (1) prize winner will be determined by a random electronic draw from all valid entries received on 30th September 2025. The draw will be conducted by Moi Agencies.
  2. Moi Agencies will contact the winner by telephone and/or email using the details provided at entry.
  3. If the winner cannot be contacted within one (1) week of the prize draw (i.e., cannot be reached by phone and/or does not respond to email), a new winner will be redrawn on the same terms. This process will continue until a winner is contacted.
  4. The winner’s details will be published on the @stdalfournz Instagram following the draw date. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to their name being used for publicity purposes as reasonably determined by St Dalfour.

Exclusions and Liability

  1. Moi Agencies or St Dalfour will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including entries not received due to technical problems.
  2. Moi Agencies and its related companies, employees and agencies will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/winning any prize.
  3. Moi Agencies is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, whether caused by user error or any equipment/programming malfunction associated with the promotion.
  4. Moi Agencies will not accept responsibility for any tax implication that may arise from the prize. The winner must seek independent financial advice on the taxation implications of receipt or use of any prize.
  5. Employees of Moi Agencies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in or win.

Use of Personal Information

  1. All entries remain the property of Moi Agencies. Entry details will be destroyed after the winner has been chosen, accepted and made use of the prize, or after 30th September 2025, whichever occurs first.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will be conducted by Moi Agencies in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. To the extent that any matter relating to the promotion is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Moi Agencies reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to legal requirements, to conduct the promotion as it sees fit or to vary these Terms and Conditions as reasonably necessary.
  2. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Moi Agencies reserves the right to deem any entry void should an entrant fail to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Moi Agencies reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been provided, where an entrant has behaved fraudulently or dishonestly, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Moi Agencies’ decision is final.
  4. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond Moi Agencies’ reasonable control—including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, acts or omissions of third parties, technical failures, or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion—Moi Agencies reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  5. Moi Agencies will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver, or for damage caused to, the prize during transit.
  6. All decisions of Moi Agencies are final, and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Failure by Moi Agencies to enforce any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
