Baked Oats with St. Dalfour Blueberry Fruit Spread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rolled oats ≈ 95 grams
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk ≈ 250 milliliters
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup ≈ 40 milliliters
  • 2 tablespoons St. Dalfour Blueberry spread ≈ 30 grams
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries ≈ 60 grams

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

  2. Blend the oats, milk, banana, baking powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a high-speed blender until they are fully combined and the oats have broken down - about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

  3. Split the oat mixture between two 300 milliliter ramekins or small baking dishes and top with St. Dalfour Blueberry spread and frozen blueberries.

  4. Bake the oats for 30 minutes.
